Leadership was a problem in 2021. It sounds like isn’t has since improved, but I would ask a lot of questions in the interview process about their product mix and plan to deploy new acquisitions to the market.

I gave them a zero for culture and leadership because the training was horrible and I had three managers in seven months, two of which came from outside the company and brought very little value. They have some great products but terrible naming conventions and there is very little support for the AE’s. The base compensation is similar to other tech companies.

Awful place to work. The parent company didn’t care about sellers and just wants fake numbers to sell the company off. It’s evident. Do not work here.
