I gave them a zero for culture and leadership because the training was horrible and I had three managers in seven months, two of which came from outside the company and brought very little value. They have some great products but terrible naming conventions and there is very little support for the AE’s. The base compensation is similar to other tech companies.

Worst job I've ever had. The CTO is a bully and has created a hostile working environment. The vp of tech was a recruiter a couple years ago. They have no idea what they are doing. Avoid at all costs.
