My overall experience has been positive. Litera has a strong portfolio of tools that are valued in the industry. The role is dynamic and requires you to be a quick thinker and learn continuously. I would recommend as an employer to a friend or family member.

I always enjoyed my coworkers and made great relationships. Leadership can be political so you need to be in their good graces. Quotas got high but I’ve heard they’ve since adjusted and gotten better.

Horrible culture that pushes unattainable quotas. Lack of internal support and leadership direction

Constant acquisitions with poorly developed GTM strategies. Leadership is very political. Litera "boasts" the majority of the AMLAW 100 but the firms that work with them hate/distrust the company; most only work with Litera because they have to, not because they want to.
