Former Employee2.6Apr 28, 2025I gave them a zero for culture and leadership because the training was horrible and I had three managers in seven months, two of which came from outside the company and brought very little value. They have some great products but terrible naming conventions and there is very little support for the AE’s. The base compensation is similar to other tech companies.

What I mean is one person makes a change without a comprehensive understanding of the ripple effect that the changes they are making will mean elsewhere in the business.
