Initially I made good money here but then they restructured the AM department a few times and changed our comp structure and job duties, and I no longer felt like I could make money. The product is good but implementation is very difficult for clients and its a difficult sell for the AE's. Less deals were closing on new biz YOY, meaning less new clients, meaning less opportunity for AM growth. The core product also needs refinement which meant shift of focus away from growth add-on products.

Pourly ran to say the least. Have a law firm IT manager running the entire company, trying to run sales cycles. Disaster, stay away.

The overall experience as a BDR at Litify was mediocre. Starting off with pay, they paid me just above minimum wage ($20/hr) which is below industry standard by a lot. The commission split was 80-20 with OTE being 48k. The team was fun but a very tech bro kind of culture, benefits were great.
