Solid. If you get the right vertical in the outbound role, you will make a lot of money. If you don’t, it can be tough. Product market fit varies by industry.

Not an organization for a top sales performer. Leadership has cut sales commission by 70% from what it was 3 years ago.

Really enjoying my work so far at LVT. They practice culture and it’s not something that’s just preached at the door. I work in sales and his is something that’s been improved over the past few months due to restructuring of leadership. Managers are awesome and vertical trajectory is transparent. Happy work life balance and awesome team work.
