If you’re a sales leader that wants to do your best work DO NOT work for LVT. The most toxic leadership culture I’ve been around. There is no feedback loop and even for top performers as leaders or reps the C-suite will never show appreciation, but rather spread rumors about employees to their friends and family that work there. Product is a perfect point solution in the market but lacks actual platform capabilities, but sells well.

People and product are absolutely incredible. Issue is they were growing so fast that nothing stayed the same, including verticals and segments and such. It was difficult to get into a rhythm when things change so often.

LVT has a great Product Market fit and that's about it. Very unfriendly to sales and the quotas and sales compensation are a clear indication of how amateur the Exec team is here. LVT will continue to have success due to high crime rates in the US, but is full of Product team members who don't know how to build a scalable business.
