Upper leadership was extremely poor, especially at the top. C-suite has family ties and family/friends hired throughout the company leading to a lot of favoritism. A lot of the leaders I respected were pushed out, ignored, or quit. As a rep I wouldn't recommend LVT. Don't provide resources for prospecting and sales enablement. The one benefit is it is very autonomous, but you also won't get any manager support/input. Most reps are good people, but overall a poor environment.

I think LVT has overcorrected in the wrong direction with compensation and territory in sales in 2023. In earlier years there was great money to me made but now it feels that the company is more greedy and are just wanting to cram in ARR at any cost so they can exit ASAP and cash out.
