When I interviewed with them back in 2017, it was an interview with a sales manager and a VP of sales. It was just one round, for me. I already had my license so I imagine it's different for someone who doesn't have their mortgage license, but they asked me how confident I was in my ability to sell mortgages with the best of them. Since I wasn't that confident, they placed me in their ACES program, which teaches you mortgage and sales fundamentals, takes about 10 weeks total and essential if you want to be successful in this business.
