Overall it was great. They changed commission structure approximately 4 or more times since I was employed there. Ultimately, I had to leave because the compensation structure was no longer beneficial to me and had to look elsewhere for better opportunities.

Leadership favorited for leads. I will not work for a company that requires 6 months of minimum wage before you have access to leads that can make money. Experience doesn’t matter only favorites do.
