Horrible management. They refuse to hire anybody to help when their employees tell them over and over that the workload is unmanageable. 300+ accounts for 1 CSM? Insane. Imagine negotiating 40+ renewals in 1 quarter. Now imagine getting paid 70k to do it. Do not work here.

Solid company, but growth is definitely stagnating. In office mandate is only required for some individuals and not others.
