Current Employee Overall a good company to sell at. While the base compensation is low and under market, quotas are attainable and most reps will over perform.
That culture of attainment helps create a positive moral and there's great inbound lead flow, so most reps aren't forced to over index on outbound lead generation.
The product is great. There's a few areas where it tends to really differentiate.
The sales organization is closing bigger and bigger deals every quarter, so overall feels like the company is on the up and up.
Also, the founders have done a good job at keeping the company efficient and on plan, so the team isn't overly bloated.
