How would you assess the leadership team at LogicMonitor in terms of coaching and career development? Based on your interactions with them, would you recommend a sales position at LogicMonitor?

As of August 2024 the leadership is the best I've seen it in several years. Since starting at LM through hard work and building relationships I've been promoted several times to various levels of sales here. I've seen several others do the same and I think LM does the best job of promoting internally of any company I've ever been at.

As someone who formerly worked there here is my take. Great product with an excellent vision. I will never discount that. Leadership is very questionable especially the CEO which I encourage you to dig deeper into. research wise. There are very few leaders that are there currently and leaders that led by example that were let go in previous riffs (June 2023, January 2024, and May 2024). If I were in your shoes and looking to better yourself than your were yesterday with a mentor absolutely not especially if you are going to work into an SDR role. Recently I heard the SDR to AE track is nearly impossible and no clear pathway.

Coming out of LM I definitely learned a ton and experiences I would never trade for anything else but I didn't have a lot of mentors due to the constant change of folks coming and going. I felt like a lone wolf. Hope this helps and good luck.

I haven't worked there in a couple years. 
The coaching and training was really phenomenal. Pretty good bootcamp and ongoing MEDDPICC training with Forcepoint. At the time, they over expanded and no one was really hitting above 60% quota. 
Know there were layoffs a year ago, so not sure what changed. 
My recommendation would be to reach out to some reps in your role on LI and ask them about their experience.

The Sales Leadership team is great in terms of coaching, feedback, roleplaying, wargaming, etc.
Always available to help you hone your craft and get better at your sales skills and business acumen.

They'll sit down with you and help you craft an account strategy based on CotM principles and help deliver that message. They'll also help you understand what went well and what didn't, how to move forward from there and how to be better next time.

The support from leadership is rock-solid.
