Former Employee Great team culture and great place to learn. Pretty good product, every manager I had was great to work with. This is a typical PE owned company in that there is very little equity for ICs. They’re focused on achieving rule of 40 which results in doing more with less, lean teams and less resources available to sales and customers. Rumors of an exit or ipo come up every year but very few stand to benefit. Comp plans require negotiation every year. Promotions and raises are slow.
