Former Employee LM has a solid product, but it’s it not best of breed and loses a lot of ground to Datadog. It was a revolving door at the executive level when I was there and, thus, there was no consistent direction.
Customers were generally happy, but expansion was only the result of the companies increasing their infrastructure - not because the customer was adopting LM’s newer products.
