Customer Success. Positive place on the whole, became more and more micromanaged. Tons of data cleaning and internal presentation. Shifts in priorities often. Growth focus for CS became more and more stringent as company needed them to prove value and become more like sales.

Good product and good overall company culture. Sales quotas are entirely unattainable. The only chance you have at hitting quota is to strike gold. There is absolutely no way you can hit quota with base hits and solid consistent outbound activity, you need luck. Leadership is hit or miss. Licensing, POV process, etc often get in the way and bog down the sales process.

Fun company to work for, lot's of freedom and travel. Inbound lead flow is extremely low and quota attainment is rather hard.
