Good product and good overall company culture. Sales quotas are entirely unattainable. The only chance you have at hitting quota is to strike gold. There is absolutely no way you can hit quota with base hits and solid consistent outbound activity, you need luck. Leadership is hit or miss. Licensing, POV process, etc often get in the way and bog down the sales process.

There is a big lack of inbound opportunity flow and big push on pipeline generation which makes it very hard to be successful.

Quota is unattainable with so many variables in order to hit full attainment you need to be a math genius to figure it out. High price. Marketing is terrible, most reps dont come close to hitting goal. Mgmt doesnt seemed concerned with this. Typical for a Vista owned PE firm
