The company has shifted their focus to aligning the product to what customers are requesting. There is still a converging in the observability market but LogicMonitor has become stronger and a better fit within enterprise organizations

Good company. It is a crowded marketplace and while the product works well for their ICP, there are a growing number of competitors entering the space with little being done to compete back against them.

Good product and good overall company culture. Sales quotas are entirely unattainable. The only chance you have at hitting quota is to strike gold. There is absolutely no way you can hit quota with base hits and solid consistent outbound activity, you need luck. Leadership is hit or miss. Licensing, POV process, etc often get in the way and bog down the sales process.
