Logicallt has gone through a lot of change in product line, leadership and culture. I can say it’s more stable now than it’s ever been. The CEO and sales leadership are aligned. They are focused on the customer and building long term relationships. They are making a lot of moves that I think makes sense. The service team is stable and we’re back to providing solid support and customer service. Our tools have been consolidated and actually work. They continue to invest in our Salesforce and it gets more functional and helpful all the time.

They have ruined every company they acquired and now are bleeding $$ and cutting departments to try and compensate for it. A sad state of affairs to say the least.

Brand new BDR team. No tools to help prospect/outreach. Given list of leads that are not good. They are very activity focused but because of the lead list you don’t really get any meetings. Leadership is expecting 2/3 meetings from each BDR weekly, but gives the team trash leads.
