Brand new BDR team. No tools to help prospect/outreach. Given list of leads that are not good. They are very activity focused but because of the lead list you don’t really get any meetings. Leadership is expecting 2/3 meetings from each BDR weekly, but gives the team trash leads.

Logicallt has gone through a lot of change in product line, leadership and culture. I can say it’s more stable now than it’s ever been. The CEO and sales leadership are aligned.
