Awful, do.not.work.here…run…as fast as you can. If you like not knowing the direction of the company’s strategy, being kept in the dark by leadership, changing comp plans every 6 months and not being paid commissions because of made up reason to avoid paying you, then by all means, enjoy. If you are normal and don’t like being taken advantage of and supported in a sales role and actually making money hitting your OTE, do not come..you’ve been warned

My overall experience was fine, just the leadership at the company does not know how to run a start up and the only product that sells is the Mobile device product and that is even tough to sell because all the competitors solutions are just as good if not better.
