Current Employee The product offering is legitimately great. It is completely unique and offers a targeted approach to digital marketing that has never before been available to dealers in the automative industry. That said, major inhibitors to success include both limited and poor brand recognition/reputation, industry lag (the sophistication of the offering seems years ahead of the industry), poor client adoption, and ongoing support issues that are ineffective in driving retention. More generally, the company seems to really be struggling with its identity and having a clear direction.
