Leadership is bad at this company. It’s a lot of experienced sales reps who don’t understand how to run a company. The product does not work in most markets and the way that it is sold is scam-worthy at best. The pitch is based on saving the customers money but that is not the value of solar because it doesn’t save people money.

Everything felt messy. Not enough lead flow. Inexperienced leadership. Delays for installs made commissions feel like they were out of your control.
