Current Employee This job is a 100% commission based role but on average you’re gonna make $2500-$3000 a deal. The challenge you’ll find is that the sales cycle takes a long time and you don’t get paid until the deal is installed which is 3 months down the line. The company just had a change in leadership which was necessary. It was previously and in many instances a company ran by a bunch of sales guys who don’t understand management principles.
