A lot of leadership changes and lack of alignment with product market fit, owned by private equity is trying to exit and puts a lot of pressure on the business. There’s no reinvestment into the business for growth.

Lux is an exceptional company filled with brilliant people. Its is very difficult to sell an intangible solution in a market where your target clients are settling for the status quo.
