It's been a rollercoaster but we finally have a leader in place whom I trust and have full faith in, so hoping the changes yet to come improve the organization and experience for reps and clients.

Current Employee2.1Feb 22, 2024Meaningful advisory solutions. Work with very smart people. There’s just a lot of building the plane as you fly it here. Target audience is very broad. Too many changes in a short period of time. Lack of good leadership in the sales org

Its is very difficult to sell an intangible solution in a market where your target clients are settling for the status quo.
