The company has potential. Leadership lacks vision and clarity for a long term sustainable goal and transparency is only upwards not down. You will find often times where sales teams are in the dark or siloed, RoE are grey and each team fights to defend their own team without clear cohesion across the org. That said, product is a solid fit with growing potential and you will have no time selling in solid economic times or if you're a solid salesperson. The down side to this as well is right now promotion opportunities are extremely limited and often times based around popularity. Could certainly be worse but happy with where things are

Very disappointing company. Leadership is extremely poor with VERY high turnover. Top reps are doing very well but very little room to share market space with those reps in the structure they currently have their lead share. Would not recommend working here.

MNTN is a stellar product that is highly recognized in the industry and easy to set up demos for and sell. However, I did not feel like leadership was always transparent. I also felt like SDR development was an afterthought, and promotions were often a game of 'which SDR knows leadership the best'.
