Current Employee Recent leadership changes have deliberately taken commissions away from reps. Several reps who have hit president’s club have told leadership that they’ll find other employment if micromanagement continues, with the leader replying “Then you probably should.”
The job used to be 100% hunting, then we were assigned decks of dead-end accounts and told to just work them. 17% of my accounts were actually viable, with others being closed businesses, personal addresses, things like that.
Great company with great potential, but the current president seems intent on taking everything we loved about MSC and tearing it down.
