Very challenging environment. So much change over the past 2 years. Losing market share and talented colleagues month on month. Too many leaders delusional about what Mural is and behave like it is some software behemoth that is mission critical to its users.

When I was there, MURAL was hiring nonstop for SDRs without training the ones they had. They had little to no training for their SDRs, and we even had a sales leader with no SaaS sales experience.
