My experience at the sales organization was okay. While I met my targets, the overall atmosphere was a bit hush-hush, making communication a challenge. I navigated through by staying focused on my goals and maintaining an open line with my team, but it was not as collaborative as I would have preferred.

This company set a lofty sales monthly quota out of reach for anyone with a cut off at 50%, anything lower did not get paid commission, I was the only rep in 9 months to get paid a dollar of comp.
