I think they care a lot and it will take some time to build a strong enablement and support structure. Product is world class, but culture felt very similar to any other typical SaaS org.

Current Employee3.6Mar 25, 2025The product is so good that inbound lead flow has never been a problem. That being said, being on an outbound team does not feel good at all. They haven't figured out the process and attainment is tanked as a result.
