Overall great product market fit, solid marketing and quality inbound opps, however they have over hired sales reps (and continue to do so) and so attainment has taken a huge nose dive.

Scaling startup finding it's stride. There are some growing pains but the great team and leadership present a wonderful opportunity. Onboarding and enablement efforts are some of the best I've seen. Benefits and pay structure could be better but I'm looking forward to growing with the company.
