There is a steady inbound lead flow. The BDR team operates at an elite level and sets great meetings. Difficult, but very savvy AEs can hit annual simply on inbound leads and BDR set. AEs who set a nominal number of AE sourced opps are set up for success!

Less and less people are hitting quota. AE's aren't converting opps nearly as much as they used to because close rates are starting to be looked at more closely. Company is behind targets as a whole and upper level leadership is starting to get very micromanagey. Not the same company that it was a year ago.

Great place to work and very competitive environment. Everyone is there to succeed and there is a ton of resources for training and development. One downfall of the BDR/SDR org is there is no clear path to promotion.
