Great place to work and very competitive environment. Everyone is there to succeed and there is a ton of resources for training and development. One downfall of the BDR/SDR org is there is no clear path to promotion. People have been promoted to other departments but if you ask what it takes to move up, you’ll get significantly different answers from one leader to the next.

Overall working at maintainx is solid. The leaders are very supportive and want you to win. I just think there are some areas for improvement but the company has only been in business for about 6 years which is amazing for it being a unicorn status company. The inbound lead flow is okay and the leads can be hit or miss which is why outbound is being pushed heavily.
