Be ready for change and shifting priorities, they recently switched the WFH model to 4 days in, 1 day at home IF you hit target the previous month. And no WFH on Mondays or Fridays. Growing pains are normal anywhere but if you thrive in chaos you will win, if not see you on PIP. People are great tho and the sales org is vibrant...Read More
