Lots of changes in a growing company. Be ready for change and shifting priorities, they recently switched the WFH model to 4 days in, 1 day at home IF you hit target the previous month. And no WFH on Mondays or Fridays. Growing pains are normal anywhere but if you thrive in chaos you will win, if not see you on PIP. People are great tho and the sales org is vibrant and hungry. We'll see what's in store.

I really like it here. Tariffs can be a pain, and working with blue collar clients can lead to missed meetings as they’re constantly dealing with emergencies. With that said, MX clients are the nicest people on earth
