Current Employee My overall experience was that it was selling to an enterprise crowd that saw Malwarebytes as a SMB product. I would also say that it did not help that some territories were more unevenly carved out than others. it was definitely a fully outbound motion with not a lot of inbound leads.
To their credit their incident response product is top-tier. But the EDR product fell short of other vendors, such as crowdstrike, or sentinel one at least the enterprise.
