This job is very entrepreneurial and takes 1-3 years to make money and +10 years to make a LOT of money. If you like commercial real estate brokerage, have a few years of savings, and want to start a business without having to pull out debt; this job is for you.

It's a really cut throat environment. if you work hard , have some cash saved up, and you're all in, you can be successful. But keep in mind that around 90%+ of associates churn out within their first year.
