I am still new so the culture seems great and very inclusive, they are transparent and open to teach/share resources, they are hiring many ppl in this position and i am unsure if it is sustainable

What’s a realistic number you can expect to earn as a sales executive in rentals? Company is awesome but the base is a little on the low side for account executives.
