Great learning experience but unprofessional organisation. Took a toll on my physical health. Unprofessional CEO and is responsible for the downfall of the company. A client straight up gave a feedback that they’d refrain working with MNM because their past experience wasn’t good at all.

My experience here was terrible. Typical Indian management. They do want to support you for success but they have no idea what they are doing. Weird paternal treatment from the CEO causing everybody to bypass management and go straight to him to get what they want. My overall experience was horrible. Great base pay but their attendance policy is worse than what you'd expect for a daily wage labourer. Strongly dissuade anyone looking for career growth to join the organisation.
