It was a good entry level channel sales job and helped me make connections and build my resume. It doesn't seem like they want to promote but rather get talent in, have them work for 2 years and then move on to a different role.

Marketstar is an amazing entry level workplace. I never thought I would be doing marketing/advertising on social media, but turns out I am great at it. Lied about OTE. Management is clueless with no selling experience. Pay is laughable, and the director of my program constantly made inappropriate advances.
