As a contractor based model organization, you’ll never reach big money in your roles as an IC at Marketstar. What you do get though is time worked for Fortune 500 clients that you can use on your resume for future job seeking opportunities. Career trajectory is encouraged in the path of management, abslytics or training however be aware all roles are highly competitive and contested.

Toxic leaders are rampant. Only the toxic get promoted. It's strange that top performers are consistently overlooked for advancement.

When I first started at MarketStar they were great. However, they rarely give raises and a program can shut down for no reason.

My experience wasn't all that bad. I really left because the compensation was absolutely awful and no where able to maintain a lifestyle in the city that I lived in. I had to look for better and bigger opportunities and to hone in on my skills better with a more challenging role.
