Former Employee3.3Nov 21, 2024My overall experience was good. I loved the culture and environment. However, ramping up took almost your whole first Q. They also kept increasing your goal each Q whether you met your quota the previous Q or not. One thing that was rough is if you didn’t hit at least 65% of your quota you got 0% commission on any sales you had made.

Former Employee2.7Sep 6, 2023My experience wasn't all that bad. I really left because the compensation was absolutely awful and no where able to maintain a lifestyle in the city that I lived in. I had to look for better and bigger opportunities and to hone in on my skills better with a more challenging role.
