Great company and culture. I'd love to stay but there are not a lot of opportunities to move up in the org. 15 internal applicants for one manager role. They try to do initiatives for learning, training, etc. but it's hard to actually advance in role or compensation.

Sales as a service org, capped earnings due to contract sales work pay varies between contract, consistently under market average but compensates with culture, benefits and opportunities to sell for on a unique variety of Brands and try a lot of sales different roles.

Stagnant wages and little to no job security. Leadership all belong to the same religious group making career advancement difficult.
