I'd recommend staying far away. Poor CEO leadership (consistent Csuite turnover if they disagree with him), poor PMF, 3 month delay in commissions payouts, high likelihood of churns and clawbacks.

CEO is a narcissist. He has churned 3 executive teams. As in everyone on his executive team churned within 3 months 3 times. Zero appreciation for the work you put in. Impossible goals so you way of hitting variable/commission.
