Former Employee Until the Vulture, excuse me, Venture Capitalist came into the fold I thought I would never leave. Then all of a sudden that all came crashing down and anyone with tenure started counting the days to whatever event will happen so one could cash out and stop being miserable. In calendar year 2024 not a single rep selling the core product offering hit quota. With a comp plan designed to pay less and elimination of virtually all leads. Honestly not a “bad” company just went from great to normal which was a rough transition.
