My overall experience was incredibly poor. Leadership creates and cultivates a toxic environment where team members are constantly throwing each other under the bus to try and deflect blame and satisfy the whims of an over-engaged and erratic founder.

My short experience here was a disaster. Was definitely not a sales job more customer service and leadership was just absolutely awful. Culture was also an issue

Constant changes in leadership and direction in addition to leadership's inability to run a proper revenue team make Material Bank a challenging company for experienced solution sales executives to succeed.
