I was originally very excited to join Material Bank. I shortly came to realize the hiring process was full of smoke and mirrors. Zero direction, even less leadership, and a horrid "People Team". My overall experience at Material Bank has been nothing short of amazing! While there are some downfalls, the good outweighs the bad. There are some things, such as professional development, that are lacking and need to be improved upon. But all in all, I would highly recommend working here!

Constant changes in leadership and direction in addition to leadership's inability to run a proper revenue team make Material Bank a challenging company for experienced solution sales executives to succeed.
