Constant changes in leadership and direction in addition to leadership's inability to run a proper revenue team make Material Bank a challenging company for experienced solution sales executives to succeed. Over 80% of the sales organization voluntarily left or was let go in a matter of months. It is not recommended for anyone outside of the architect and design industry.

My overall experience was incredibly poor. Leadership creates and cultivates a toxic environment where team members are constantly throwing each other under the bus to try and deflect blame and satisfy the whims of an over-engaged and erratic founder.

My overall experience at Material Bank has been nothing short of amazing! While there are some downfalls, the good outweighs the bad. There are some things, such as professional development, that are lacking and need to be improved upon. But all in all, I would highly recommend working here!
