Current Employee1.9Oct 14, 2024My first year I was able to achieve 104% of my number in a very challenging environment, 2nd year 120%, 3rd year one of largest deals in their entire history. For this I received no thanks, respect or acknowledgement. And my commission was halved. Honestly pretty speechless.

Then when I closed a $1M deal and had serious pipeline - the newly hired VP laid me off to take over my hard earned pipeline. Not a serious company.
